How to configure your shop with external SMTP server?
The most important thing that is taken into account by anti-spam protection mechanisms is the compliance of the sender's address and the server from which the message is sent. In order for messages to be delivered to most recipients correctly, the sender's domain must be on the same server from which it is physically sent.
By default, the shop sends e-mails from the Offerer server, therefore it is recommended to use a dedicated account in the shop's domain (setting up e-mail is possible after sending an e-mail address). In the case of an attempt to send messages from an external mailbox, in order to increase the probability of its correct delivery, the shop system automatically replaces the sender's address.
If, however, the shop has to send emails presenting yourself as a mailbox on other servers, it is necessary to allow our email servers to be sent on behalf of your domain. It is necessary to add an TXT spf record to an already existing record
If you do not feel strong enough to change this one yourself please contact the domain registrar for instructions.
IMPORTANT: Offerer does not guarantee the proper operation of external mailboxes, nor does it provide support in the event of any problems with the delivery of messages by accounts established on other servers.
