Automatic monitoring system

Our platform has an automatic system to monitor the operation of the store. In the situation when any technical problem occurs, an e-mail is sent to the address of the store administrator.

Several alarm levels can be selected: "Light error", "General error", "Critical error"

Light errors:

  • are associated with temporary / one-off problems, for example when not working with Allegro API service or SMS service or other external systems.
  • are also generated when the system could not send an e-mail to the client, for example due to an incorrect e-mail address.

General errors:

  • are generated in all other emergency situations
  • also generated, for example, when a missing photo is detected in the shop.

Critical error:

  • are generated in all other emergency situations

For general and critical errors, notification is also sent to technical support.
