Connecting your own domain to the shop
Connect with email
This is a simple redirection of the entire domain (website and e-mail) to our servers.
To do this, enter external DNS servers in the domain Administrative panel:
ns1.sky-shop.pl
ns2.sky-shop.pl < / strong>
Some domain operators require before this operation that the domain be added to our servers. So if it is not possible to add our DNS servers, please send us the domain name to be added to the servers.
Please also send us the email box name you want to create in this domain.
Connecting only a website
Such connection will only redirect traffic to the website (to the shop), and other services such as: e-mail, ftp and others will remain on the previous server.
Note - this connection requires expert knowledge and we do not take any responsibility for incorrect operation of services other than the www site.
Performing such a redirection is a bit more difficult - you should leave your previous DNS addresses in the domain Administrative panel and you only need to add an "A" record for IP: 178.32.247.225
Sometimes you also need to enter TTL time: 3600 .
Depending on the domain management mechanism, the addition of such an entry may vary, so it's best to find a description of adding the "A" record in the domain operator's help or to ask for it.
