Offerer software allows you to import XML or CSV files generated on platforms (CSV: offerer)

• Importing products from a file allows you to quickly and easily enter new products and update the assortment.

  Uploading a product file is possible from the Products tab (1) - & gt; List of products (2) - & gt; Import from file (3). Detailed information can be found in dedicated help after clicking on the question symbol (4).

  Selecting a file from disk is possible after clicking "Import from file" (5).

  

  IMPORTANT: The system recognizes the type of imported file by itself. In the case of product updates, it is necessary that the file imported into the shop contains the ID field - otherwise the products will be added as new.
