You can disable / enable the automatic update of individual product information. Fields can be updated globally, for all products from a given wholesale, and individually for a particular product or group of products.

Global settings:

Managing field updates for all products from a given wholesale is done in the Configuration - & gt; Integrations - & gt; wholesales after clicking the edit icon (pencil) at the selected wholesale.

In the configuration window, check the boxes that will automatically be overwritten with information sent from the wholesale.

IMPORTANT: The above settings will be ignored for new products - for a product that has not been in the shop for the first time, all information will be downloaded, and the above settings will be used only for its later update.

Individual edition of product settings:

For a single product, update settings from the wholesale are available from the product list, after clicking the product edition icon, in the "Basic data" tab.

The update for the product can be completely disabled - select "no" in the "Update from wholesale" section or for specific fields - select elements that the system should not download from the wholesale ( 2).

Quick modification of selected product group:

If the same update options are to be set for a larger number of products, you can use the bulk operation - to do this, select the selected products in the list of products and then select the "Change update from wholesale" option.

In the edit window, you can completely disable product updates (1) or edit updated fields. If you choose the second option, select whether the system should overwrite, add or deselect selected elements.

IMPORTANT: The "add" feature selects items that are excluded from automatic updating, remove turns on automatically updating the selected parameter. The add / remove function will modify only the settings of selected elements (the remaining ones will remain unchanged - for example, if the product has the quantity and price update turned off, add the parameter with the parameter selected and the quantity, price and symbol fields will be excluded for this product). In order to standardize the settings for all selected products, use the "overwrite attributes" option.
